Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy.
• Verify order details and quantities against documentation before entry.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Branch Management, and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and comply with policies.
