Job summary

Puresan is seeking an Order Processing Specialist in Wyckoff, NJ. This full-time role ensures accurate handling of customer orders, quotes, and service requests in a fast-paced setting.

You will document interactions, support sales with ETA and tracking, and process RMAs and service tickets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of order processing experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing experience.
• An associate degree or higher in any related field (preferred).
• Experience with ERP or WMS software is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Exceptional multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Process customer quotes and sales orders, ensuring accuracy in products, quantities, pricing, and descriptions.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in the company software system.
• Support sales representatives by processing quote and order requests, providing ETAs, and tracking orders.
• Assist with customer pickup orders.
• Process RMAs, dispenser service tickets, and machine service tickets efficiently.
• Utilize computer and other office tech to intake, organize, and process orders.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest technology-based solutions.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
