Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and dealer orders accurately within established timelines.
• Review PO notes, line notes, and financial requirements before processing.
• Check exception reports for every processed order.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders to third-party vendors for non-Teknion products.
• Resolve issues related to quotes, CRs, or software to prevent delays.
• Document order-related issues with clear problem descriptions and solutions.
• Follow up with dealers on outstanding issues by Day 2 and escalate by Day 4 if unresolved.
• Respond to manufacturing questions promptly to maintain production schedules.
• Assist dealers with clean order submissions and required form completions.
