Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, fax, and online channels and document interactions.
• Process quotes and sales orders with accuracy in products, quantities, pricing, and descriptions.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system and support order processing.
• Process RMAs and service tickets efficiently and track orders for timely delivery.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing in company systems and look for process improvements.
