Responsibilities

• Facilitate requests for information, quotes, and orders with customers, sales, and vendors.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Research order history and review inventory for availability.
• Maintain and update customer files.
• Follow up on orders and communicate statuses with sales staff.
• Interact extensively with vendors and customers.
• Obtain pricing, generate quotes, and follow up.
• Answer phones and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Verify order accuracy when receiving vendor products.
