Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently.
• Schedules may include days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive new order sales escalations from Residential and/or Business Sales teams, resolving roadblocks to order entry.
• Determine real-time address serviceability and follow business processes, including building new addresses into billing software.
• Maintain and administer actions in order entry databases, ensuring functionality for order entry.
• Track and root cause escalations, following business standards and procedures.
• Respond to customer escalations before service installation, meeting customers’ needs while following guidelines.
• Provide real-time feedback to Sale reps regarding order entry errors.
• Provide order entry fall out support for all Sales channels.
• Provide new build support by updating customers and sales reps throughout survey and construction.
• Perform customer contact for various campaigns
• Perform Special Projects as assigned
