Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus six months to one year of experience or education in customer service, accounting or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, discrepancies, and inventory documents daily according to department policies.
• Match vendor invoices and warehouse packing slips to purchase orders.
• Invoice customers upon receipt of paperwork, ensuring costs are accurate.
• Provide updates on order status and fulfillment programs to sales associates and clients.
