Job summary

CRG is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Order Management Coordinator in Kohler, WI. You will support global channel partners, serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.

The role involves managing sales orders, coordinating customer requests, and supporting post-sale activities across SAP, Salesforce, and other systems. It offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in order management, sales coordination or similar B2B roles.
• Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce to manage orders and quotes.
• Proficient with Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes in SAP and convert to sales orders as required.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP, verify pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor backlog and order status; resolve holds, delays, and discrepancies to ensure timely shipment.
