Job summary

Misa Imports, Inc. is seeking an Order Processor to support Administration, Operations, Logistics and Accounting by updating reports, communicating urgent inventory needs, and reporting conflicts in the order fulfillment process.

The role oversees order flow, entry and tracking, prepares warehouse paperwork, schedules drivers, and coordinates with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 2 years of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented with excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the order flow including order-entry, tracking and delivery of orders.
• Processes orders.
• Evaluates and enters orders.
• Maintains accuracy of information on reports shared between departments.
• Prepares paperwork for the warehouse to pick orders and load trailers shipping to the customer.
• Schedules appointments with customers, warehouse, and drivers.
• Secures transportation with 3PLs.
• Resolves issues to ensure timely arrival.
• Files claims as necessary for damaged or missing items.
• Review PODs to confirm all product delivered as stated on the BOL / original order and issues invoices to accounts based on product received.
• Informs and updates the team of the status of pending or incomplete orders, as well as any claims being processed.
• Works with various departments to provide customer service assistance.
