Job summary

MISA Imports Inc. is seeking an Order Processor to support Administration, Operations, Logistics and Accounting. You will manage order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring accurate data across reports and timely communication of issues.

Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing warehouse paperwork, scheduling with customers and drivers, and handling claims. Strong Office skills and QuickBooks knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 2 years of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented and accurate with data.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the order flow including order-entry, tracking and delivery of orders.
• Processes orders and evaluates/enters orders.
• Maintains accuracy of information (price, vintage, quantity, size, etc.) and reports across departments.
• Prepares paperwork for warehouse to pick orders and load trailers.
• Schedules appointments with customers, warehouse, and drivers.
• Secure transportation with 3PLs and resolve issues to ensure timely arrival.
• Files claims for damaged or missing items and reviews PODs for invoicing.
