• 1+ year in customer service, support, or order entry.
• Strong computer skills and fast learning of new software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Typing speed 45+ WPM.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and other systems.
• Provide outstanding support to customers and sales representatives by phone and email.
• Prepare quotes, expedite orders, manage restocking requests, and resolve concerns.
• Research customer questions and coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Operations to provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot order/product issues with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Use Outlook, Excel, SAP, and CRM tools daily.
• Develop product expertise and become a trusted resource for customers and internal partners.
