Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders; enter orders into the operating system.
• Review component availability via MRP and coordinate with purchasing to expedite parts.
• Communicate with vendors and customers via email, phone, and portals.
• Respond to quote requests with pricing and lead times.
• Provide status updates on orders and quotes; assist customers with questions.
• Relay customer requirements to engineering, manufacturing, shipping and finance.
