Job summary

Newhaven Display is a global manufacturer of LCD, OLED, and TFT display solutions. A Customer Service Representative is sought to support order processing, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes thoughtful handling of non-standard orders and independent problem solving. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer service or order processing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills—able to handle non-standard situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and using ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate order requirements and determine appropriate processing steps based on the situation
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and product inquiries
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory and meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records within the ERP system
• Support general customer service needs and assist with issue resolution
