Job summary

Newhaven Display is seeking a full-time Order Processing Specialist who is detail-oriented and excels in building strong customer relationships. This role handles orders from start to finish, confirms shipping, issues invoices, and supports ERP-driven inventory and e-commerce workflows.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree and at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, with a willingness to learn ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and to collaborate across departments to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
• Capable of quickly learning ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and manage customer orders from start to finish, assessing requirements and actions.
• Confirm shipping details, ensure accurate delivery instructions, and issue invoices.
• Track payments and provide timely follow-ups; coordinate with inventory to fulfill orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments; collaborate with multiple departments.
