Job summary

Newhaven Display is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support customer communication and order processing in a structured, detail-driven environment. This role requires thinking beyond routine data entry and adapting to varying customer requirements, inventory, and logistics.

You will serve as a key contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills—able to handle non-standard situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate order requirements and determine appropriate processing steps based on the situation.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and product inquiries.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory and meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
• Support general customer service needs and assist with issue resolution.
