Job summary

Us Display Group in Dover, DE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts by liaising with Sales, Production, Shipping, Operations, and Finance. The CSR will develop strong relationships to maintain satisfaction while leading projects and ensuring timely completion.

You will build internal relationships, process orders, manage new item setups, provide pricing, track orders, and coordinate delivery to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer relations or related fields.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficiency with computer applications and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Build internal relationships to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer expectations.
• Process customer orders, manage new item setups, and maintain records in systems.
• Enter information into estimating systems and provide formal pricing to sales and customers.
• Manage warehouse inventory levels and coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams.
• Address customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer files, generate reports, and distribute them as needed.
