Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing, customer service, data entry, or admin support.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience processing purchase orders and handling customer accounts.
• Professional phone and email communication.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple orders.
• Experience coordinating with production, sales, shipping, and operations.
• Proficient with standard office software and order entry tools.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer purchase orders, account details, and order data into internal systems.
• Process purchase orders, send order confirmations, and provide updates on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email while resolving order discrepancies and customer service issues.
• Monitor inventory status, communicate out-of-stock or discontinued items, and recommend alternative products when appropriate.
• Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and operations teams to follow up on orders and expedite delayed or missing shipments.
• Assist with customer account updates, promotions, filing, record retention, and general clerical support.
