Job summary

TCWGlobal is hiring an Order Management Administrator to support a manufacturing/production team with data entry, order updates, system auditing, and coordination across Salesforce, ERP, and Excel.

The role requires meticulous handling of orders, part numbers, and BOM-related information, with the ability to shift priorities as production needs change. This onsite Dallas position offers training on SOPs and established procedures within a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional experience in procurement, production manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and an ERP system.
• Strong data-entry skills and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with production orders, part numbers, materials, or planning information.
• Ability to shift priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain order and customer information across Salesforce, ERP, Excel, and other systems.
• Move between multiple systems and ensure data consistency.
• Review and audit information to identify discrepancies or missing data.
• Enter and update order changes, quantities, dates, and part numbers according to production needs.
• Perform repetitive data-entry work with high accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and Salesforce CRM systems.
• Use Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Ensure required fields and information are complete and accurate.
• Understand how parts relate to finished products and assemblies.
• Follow SOPs and established procedures; adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Complete tasks in a fast-changing manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate across departments and working styles.
