Job summary

Employ Partners in Canton, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative– Manufacturing to support order processing and customer communications. The role is a temp/contract position with potential for full-time, and it operates 1st shift Mon-Fri 8:30AM–5:00PM, paying $20.00 per hour.

You will enter orders into ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP, verify quotes, monitor status, and collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency with ERP software such as Epicor or SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate order details, pricing, and product availability to customers.
• Enter new sales orders into the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and verify quotes, order specifications, and customer requirements.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and return requests.
• Pull and prepare order-related documents for production and shipping teams.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and internal tracking logs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Use ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar) for all order processing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
