Job summary

TCWGlobal in Dallas, TX is seeking an Administrator, Order Management to support a manufacturing/production team with data entry, order updates, system auditing, and coordination across ERP, Salesforce, Excel and other planning systems. Qualifications

• 3–10 years in manufacturing, production, supply chain, logistics, planning, or order management.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience with any ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, etc.).
• Strong data entry and cross-system accuracy.
• Experience with production orders, customer orders, part numbers, materials, or planning information.
• Ability to switch between ERP, Salesforce, Excel, and other systems to enter, compare, update, and audit information.
• Attention to detail; accuracy is critical.
• Comfort with repetitive data-entry and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain order and customer information across Salesforce, ERP, Excel, and other systems.
• Move between systems, ensuring information is accurately reflected.
• Review and audit data to identify discrepancies, missing information, duplicates, or errors.
• Enter and update order changes, quantities, dates, part numbers, and related data.
• Perform repetitive data-entry while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain accurate information in ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Use Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Review orders to ensure required fields are complete and accurate.
• Understand BOMs and manufacturing-related information as needed.
