Job summary

Flex is seeking an Order Management Administrator to manage customer orders through the lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with production control, manufacturing, shipping, quality, and customer service to resolve scheduling conflicts and expedite requests while maintaining lead times and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer order changes in a manufacturing/shipping and receiving environment.
• Ability to type, utilize telephones, computer applications such as work-processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database systems. Requires good organizational, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
• HS diploma required/college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders through the lifecycle ensuring accurate entry and on-time delivery.
• Process new orders and order changes, communicating ship dates and status.
• Validate product configurations for manufacturability and material/capacity alignment with ship dates.
• Coordinate with production control, manufacturing, shipping, quality and customer service to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Generate routine reports and respond to customer information requests.
• Assist in resolving customer quality incidents while maintaining lead times and delivery performance goals.
