Job summary

Janitza North America in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join the operations team. You will oversee customer order processing, respond to inquiries, handle changes, and ensure accurate reporting while collaborating with sales, procurement, finance, warehouse and support teams to maintain smooth fulfillment.

Responsibilities include inputting orders, confirming pricing, sending acknowledgements, and distributing daily/weekly reports on open orders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer orders into the system and verify details for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales teams to set up customers in the system for compliance.
• Confirm pricing based on each customer and program pricing list.
• Send order acknowledgements and confirmations after entry.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to optimize processing and timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers, teams and vendors to manage issues and ensure smooth processing.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly reports on open and in-fulfillment orders.
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain stock information.
