Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, delivering timely communication and issue resolution.
• Process customer purchase orders in JD Edwards accurately, ensuring pricing and terms.
• Manage full order lifecycle from receipt to shipment, tracking and updating status.
