Job summary

Minnesota Diversified Industries seeks a Customer Experience Representative to support our Commercial Services division. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing orders, understanding needs, and collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Finance to onboard new clients and maintain our world-class Net Promoter Score.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding ISO9001 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years in customer service, sales support, or a related field (manufacturing, commercial, or medical services environment preferred).
• Ability to learn platforms like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing proactive service throughout the sales and order process.
• Understand and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track and manage order details, including shipping dates, quantities, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with Services Sales, Finance, and Operations to onboard new customers and support projects.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and pricing documentation; use HubSpot to track opportunities.
