Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Ensure quotes are completed and that orders are entered in the ERP.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and changes.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and quality.
• Communicate change orders to the planning team.
