Job summary

Opti Staffing is seeking an Order Management Specialist for Chandler, AZ. This DIRECT HIRE, full-time role (Mon–Fri) pays $25-28/hour (DOE). You’ll build strong customer relationships, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll handle inquiries by phone and email, perform order entry and stock reporting, and support colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems (SAP a plus) is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, account support, or order management role.
• Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders accurately in internal systems and manage stock reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill orders.
