Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, shipping and receiving.
- Inventory control, forecasting, and stock management.
- Accurate data entry for orders and shipments.
- Hands-on ERP system experience.
- Strong communication with carriers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation for shipments.
- Negotiate rates and resolve shipping issues with carriers.
- Track and trace shipments to minimize delays.
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Use ERP to analyze trends and drive improvements.
- Perform picking tasks and RF scanning to fulfill orders.
- Provide responsive internal and external customer service.
