IDR, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Order Management Lead to oversee daily order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries while coordinating with customer service, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.

You will monitor performance, resolve order issues, and maintain ERP accuracy to align with company policies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in order fulfillment or supply chain roles, strong O2C knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Excel/Power BI.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer relations, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including order management, claims, returns, and customer service.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers, BPO teams, and third-party logistics partners.
• Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems, including SAP, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in process improvement and compliance, preferably within the CPG or pharmaceutical industry.
