Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a fully on-site role in Plano, TX. You will oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, reconcile orders, and ensure timely fulfillment while coordinating with Procurement, SCM and Sales to maintain product availability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years in order management or supply chain, and is proficient in SAP and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle from initiation to fulfillment.
• Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor order data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
• Generate and distribute daily reports for key accounts with data accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings for decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and usability.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer service on order status and delivery timelines.
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Procurement, SCM, and Sales to ensure product availability.
• Maintain information logs for Home Appliance accounts and data integrity.
• Work with IT to map and maintain accurate system data.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and new tools or processes.
• Prepare and process Commercial Invoices in compliance with policy.
• Coordinate with Call Center for SLA-compliant order rescheduling updates.
• Develop strategies to improve consumer communication and experience.
• Process product upgrades for end-of-life models with minimal disruption.
• Stay informed about product changes and communicate them to teams.
• Manage Hub schedule changes and relocations in internal systems.
• Monitor Hub performance and recommend optimization actions.
• Be available for holidays/overtime as needed.
