Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to coordinate daily inventory activities, lead the team, and ensure accurate records and timely adjustments for customers.

Responsibilities include taking physical inventories, handling holds and recalls, and improving workflow with established procedures and performance metrics shared with the customer. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics or 5+ years in inventory leadership, strong WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics or 5+ years inventory leadership in a fulfillment environment.
• Experience with web-based B2C/B2B/B2DC fulfillment and parcel shipping programs preferred.
• Strong background with Warehouse Management Systems (Infios preferred).
• Proven ability to drive change and manage seasonal volume swings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily inventory activities and physical inventories.
• Manage holds, recalls, damaged and defective products and proper dispositioning.
• Develop and use metrics to manage operations and communicate performance to customers.
• Review inventory trends and discuss variations with staff and customers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, price or quality variations.
