Job summary

You will monitor performance, resolve order issues, and maintain ERP accuracy to align with company policies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in order fulfillment or supply chain roles, strong O2C knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer relations, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including order management, claims, returns, and customer service.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers, BPO teams, and third-party logistics partners.
• Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems, including SAP, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in process improvement and compliance, preferably within the CPG or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities
