Responsibilities

• Assist with updating and maintaining sales orders in the ERP system.
• Perform order entry and data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Generate, update, and maintain Excel-based reports to support sales and customer service operations.
• Monitor and track order status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvement and documentation within customer service.
• Provide backup support during peak periods.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and oversee order management from entry to fulfillment.
• Keep customers informed of order status through timely communication.
• Work with CS team and other departments to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Determine quickest ways to answer customer questions and provide solutions.
