FLANDERS is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Evansville or Carmel, Indiana team. You will correctly process Purchase Orders and related documentation from order intake through shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.

The role emphasizes accurate order handling, collaboration with internal teams, and delivering excellent customer service while adapting to changes in the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in sales-related processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accept incoming POs in the system.
• Download POs from customer portals.
• Manage the new customer setup process by collecting information.
• Maintain terms established in MSAs and SPAs.
• Verify that orders meet criteria (price, lead time, payment terms, etc.).
• Track jobs for invoicing and milestone payments.
• Provide timely information to customers and internal teams.
• Handle incoming/outgoing sales-related correspondence and emails.
• Identify and resolve problems, escalate when needed.
• Submit and track warranty and concessions and assist in improvements.
