Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business customer service, account management, logistics, or a related field.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to learn new systems.
• Collaborative approach to solving problems and supporting customers.
• Experience with Retail Link or similar customer portal is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards or similar ERP is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Keep customers informed about order and shipment status.
• Develop daily load plans and schedule and track shipments.
• Process electronic data interchange (EDI) and non-EDI orders and verify order accuracy.
• Identify order or delivery issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Partner with production planning and transportation teams to support on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with transportation carriers about scheduling and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounts Receivable.
• Learn and use customer-specific systems and portals.
