Job summary

CRB Water in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, assist in sales activities, and support the sales team with quotes and order processing.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while aligning with company standards. The position is in-person, with Monday–Friday schedules, and requires collaboration with inventory, shipping, marketing, and operations to ensure client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to resolve issues or concerns.
• Assist with product inquiries, order status, and product returns or exchanges.
• Maintain customer records and ensure the CRM database is up-to-date.
• Track and update sales orders in the system to ensure accurate processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, shipping) to ensure on-time delivery.
