Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our Customer Service Team. You will help manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while supporting internal teams to ensure great service and timely communication.

The role involves order entry, order management, and proactive communication with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience with an emphasis on order entry and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable interacting with customers and team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Check inventory and coordinate with manufacturing to meet delivery requests and inform customers of ship dates.
• Manage internal and external communication on changes impacting order expectations and respond to queries.
