Timex Group USA Inc. in Shelton, CT, is seeking a senior professional to transform Order-to-Cash through automation, analytics, and scalable planning. You will partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Finance to lift OTIF and improve fulfillment maturity.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days on-site in Shelton with on-site collaboration, data governance, and change management to drive faster, cleaner information flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in supply chain/order management/data roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current reporting and data flows to improve transparency and data accuracy.
• Identify gaps in Order-to-Cash; design/execute automation using planning tools, Power BI, and AI.
• Become SME; train teams and provide technical support for order management.
