Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking an Order Management Analyst to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, from receipt through shipment and billing, ensuring accurate processing and timely invoicing.

The role collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, manufacturing partners, and 3PLs to optimize OTIF, improve accuracy, and support process improvements using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Degree or relevant background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Working knowledge of customer-to-cash, order-to-cash, distribution, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, shipment, and billing creation.
• Validate incoming orders against inventory availability, contractual requirements, and fulfillment timelines.
• Coordinate delivery commitments with contract manufacturers, supply teams, and distribution centers.
• Monitor order status, shipment progress, and logistics flows with 3PL partners.
• Track billing creation following shipment and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
