Job summary

Timken is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to advance the global Finance organization’s transformation strategy. You will connect finance processes, data, systems, and technology, partnering with Finance, IT and stakeholders to implement scalable analytics, automation, and tech-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and governance.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams across ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting; defining data requirements and reporting structures;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics or CS required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in finance processes, reporting, analytics, or transformation; 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvement, automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead project workstreams with Finance, IT and business stakeholders; manage scope, timelines and risks.
• Define finance data requirements, models and reporting structures for planning, forecasting and analytics.
• Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of emerging technologies across Finance.
