Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence Automation in Shelton, CT to lead continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity, governance, and measurable business value. You will partner with business teams, IT, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with group objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
• 3+ years leading Application/Power Platform Development teams, business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled initiatives.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional projects with business leaders and technical teams.
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives through planning, design, deployment, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives with business teams, stakeholders, and IT to drive productivity and KPI improvements.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, process maps, dashboards, and executive presentations to support transformation programs.
• Serve as liaison among business teams, regional IT, and leadership to align priorities and ensure scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and change-management activities to improve adoption of new processes and tools.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and applications development, balancing scope, timelines, risks, and benefits.
• Track progress and communicate results to senior management with dashboards and reports.
• Lead the adoption of enterprise-grade development practices and reduce technical debt.
