Timex Group is seeking a skilled Order Management Transformation Specialist to reduce manual workload and automate O2C routines. You will lead data flow improvements, collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and Finance, and implement scalable planning processes with technology and analytics.

Responsibilities include designing automation, developing KPIs, training teams, and driving change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related field is required.
• APICS or similar certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in supply chain/order management/data projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current processes and data sources to identify efficiency improvements.
• Design and implement automation for Order to Cash using planning systems and BI tools.
• Provide technical support and training to order management teams.
• Drive data visibility and governance to improve OTIF and revenue attainment.
