Job summary

Misa Imports in Indianapolis is seeking an Order Processor to join our growing team. This role oversees the administrative functions for processing large volume account orders and supports Administration, Operations, Logistics and Accounting by updating reports and reporting conflicts during fulfillment.

The position requires strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with QuickBooks; detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 2 years of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the order flow including entry, tracking and delivery.
• Processes orders and evaluates entries for accuracy.
• Enter orders in QuickBooks and maintain accurate data.
• Ensure price, vintage, quantity and size data are correct on reports.
• Prepare warehouse paperwork to pick orders and load trailers.
• Schedule appointments with customers, warehouse and drivers.
• Coordinate transportation with 3PLs and resolve issues quickly.
• File claims for damaged or missing items and review PODs.
