Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, fulfillment, dispatch, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an ERP, order management, or similar business system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers, internal teams, and third-party transportation providers
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Monitor order details and resolve issues that could impact timing, accuracy, or customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate information within the company's ERP/order management system
• Gather and verify information from multiple systems and documents for order entry
• Ensure order information is accurate for invoicing and billing
• Provide professional, responsive customer service throughout the fulfillment process
• Assist with additional operational and customer service needs as assigned
