Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a fast-paced environment to handle inquiries across all customer types and products. You will process orders, answer phones promptly, provide delivery information, and support field sales/service teams with accuracy and efficiency.

You will be responsible for order entry via multiple channels, tracking shipments, and resolving problems to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining accuracy within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with order entry and order tracking.
• Ability to handle inquiries and work with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones in a timely and efficient manner.
• Processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone.
• Entry of standing orders and special pricing agreements for a region.
• Support field reps with day-to-day inquiries and orders; verify delivery proof.
• Maintain accuracy at department and individual levels.
• Knowledgeable on products and projects as needed by manager.
