Job summary

Aragon Chemical is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to efficiently receive, review, and process inbound customer purchase orders. You will coordinate with customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely fulfillment, while maintaining compliant internal processes.

You will also support customer relationships through proactive communication, handle documentation, and assist with shipping and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and two years related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately, ensuring pricing, terms, and delivery requirements are correct.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to confirm material availability and monitor order status.
• Provide proactive customer support, respond to inquiries, and prepare necessary shipping documents.
• Support other duties to aid department and organizational goals.
