Job summary

Arkema Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Coating Solutions team. This role can be based in Cary, NC or Radnor, PA and supports order-to-cash activities, customer satisfaction, and coordination with plants, Logistics, Credit and AR.

You will manage order entry, master data, backorder handling, and delivery coordination while promoting proactive solutions, process improvements, and compliance with internal policies and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer service experience.
• 1–3 years of related customer service experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years without.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order management for defined customer groups; ~2,000 orders/year with 24-hour acknowledgement.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure accurate order fulfillment and backorder handling.
• Resolve issues, log complaints, and support credit/adjustments within authorized limits.
• Participate in training and assist with ISO procedures and process improvements.
