In this role, you will enter orders, verify inventory, generate shipping documents, and provide proactive order status updates. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Ability to process orders and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of emails, phone calls, and sales order processing.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Process customer orders for materials or merchandise.
• Enter orders into systems, check inventory, generate shipping documents, and verify customer credit.
• Provide order status updates to customers and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate shipments to branch locations and customers.
