Job summary

Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Minnesota. You will enter purchase orders, serve as the main contact for active orders, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure on-time and in-full delivery. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are required, with Epicor MES experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service/order entry, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP software, Epicor MES strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated listening skills and ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Enter new purchase orders into the ERP system and confirm acknowledgements.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries related to active orders.
• Communicate order status changes with customers.
• Review demand forecasts and update orders or changes in the ERP.
• Enter releases from open order reports and coordinate shipments.
• Maintain price lists in ERP for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Estimating, Scheduling, and Operations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
