Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree OR HS/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• No relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Chanhassen MN or Tinton Falls NJ to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders, RMAs, credit memos and billing orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate shipping details with Operations, Sales, and remote warehouses to ensure timely and cost-effective transport.
• Provide fast, accurate customer service on pricing, parts identification, order details, and freight information.
• Prepare and execute spare parts/service proposals to grow parts and service sales.
• Seek continuous improvement in processes to speed response and enhance sales.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training to maximize value for customers and Eaton.
• Attend interviews as required by the hiring process.
