American Flexible Products in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk responsible for receiving incoming materials, prepping products for shipment, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx software, and familiarity with Epicor ERP.

You will verify shipments, maintain inventory records, operate forklifts, and adhere to safety rules in a manufacturing environment. Strong reading of work orders and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of shipping and receiving experience.
• UPS WorldShip and FedEx software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages.
• Verify and keep records on incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Prepares items for shipment.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet quality and specifications.
• May receive damaged or defective goods returned to the company.
• Maintains accurate inventory of raw materials in stock and work in process in production.
• Entering data into an ERP system.
• Provides inventory information to production scheduler.
• Will pull material for upcoming jobs on next days work orders.
• Will investigate inventory accuracy problems.
• Forklift operation on electric forklifts.
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
